| Remarks | When we first observed it, we thought it was a helicopter with a search light it was so bright! Since Search & Rescue was active earlier this week, and military exercises (from Edwards?) are actively flying this evening, we thought it might be related. But as it passed overhead silently, we knew it wasn't a craft. I have (poor) video of it that lasts 23 seconds. But we noticed it 10-20 seconds before that and it seemed to split into two as it disappeared out of our sight (trees in the way) about 15 seconds after that. Several others observed it, too. |
