Remarks	I just stepped outside from the garage side door and noticed moving shadows for 2 s. Turning to my right I saw the last of the object before dropping below fence level. Direct was towards MiraMar marine air station. Single ball with tail and no apparent fragmentation. Cannot rule out a flare associated with Miramar.
