Reports Report 53h (Event 53-2011)

Observer
Name Jean
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks After I saw the occurrence in the sky Wed. evening, I looked at my wristwatch to check the time, just in case a meteor sighting was reported later. My watch said 6:25 p.m. Twelve hours later, when I was watching the local news Thursday morning, the local meteorologist said that several people had reported seeing a flash in the sky Wednesday evening, Jan. 12, around 6:30 p.m., and that it was a meteor. I had never seen anything like this before, and feel lucky to have seen this event.
