Reports Report 3807oo (Event 3807-2016)

Observer
Name Leonard B
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks From my perception of size, I expected to hear local news reports of the incident, along with a significant impact with the Earth. However, there was little awareness in Port Huron, MI. With lack of a means of reporting, this is understandable. My astronomer friend told me about this website. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience.

Remarks My first perception was that it was massive, of irregular shape, and close. Flaming pieces were coming off of it as it passed by. I fully expected to hear a sonic boom, but did not. My perception was that it landed on the Canadian side of Lake Huron, but after looking at the map on this site, I see it went farther East, which now makes me believe it was farther away and much larger than I first thought.
