This picture was taken in Lockhart , TX on 4/7/2014 just after a storm came through. I had just started to drive from an awning I was under to wait out the hail and stopped at the 4 way of Main St.(facing North on Main St) and Prairie Lea. I was taken back by the beauty of the street so I quickly got my cell phone out and snapped a picture and at the same time this meteor plowed through the black cloud unexpectedly and into my shot. This was taken around 7:50PM. I am just as curious about the white glowing object to the right of the meteor. Please also note that the darkness in this picture was actually a huge monster cloud that was hovering over the town. It was actually still light outside but you couldn't tell until you looked far left or right. This is most likely why nobody has reported it, because they didn't see it coming!
