Remarks | I was travelling in my car heading northwards on the M3 motorway, with my wife who also observed the flash of light falling in the sky. I have previously observed meteor showers (Perseids ) and what we saw was of a shorter length and brighter while in the sky. It is possible that what I saw was not a meteorite, but some other object falling from the sky, as the bulk of the flash was consistently of a ball shape falling at high speed towards the ground. |
