| Remarks | Exactly a week before ,in that same area of the sky , I saw an odd object like a slow moving satellite at 8:50 PM but it suddenly brightened (well within the earth's shadow) as it moved SW to NE . Then it slowly dimmed ,disappearing 25 degrees above the NE Horizon .It was as bright as Venus but dim as Polaris. |

| Remarks | sudden brightening then an abrupt disappearance except a thin dim line of light proceeding in the same direction as the fireball,after it exploded. |
