Husband, Father, retired FAA Air Traffic Controller/Traffic Management Coordinator, USAF Veteran and lifelong Storm Chaser/Severe Weather Photographer. Spent my entire life looking up at the sky (mostly in cloudy or light pollution areas) watching for meteors. I've just recently branched out from the storm chasing photography and started night sky photography (wouldn't call it astrophotography just yet) with some success. One of my photos were showcased on the November 26 AMS and IMO meteor outlook pages (see below). I'm also a big fan of others meteor and astro photography work. My favorite meteor event occured in November of 2002 during the Leonid Storm. It was the most absolutely incredible event I've ever witnessed! In Northern Ohio, USA I saw 10-15+ meteors per minute for hours, some even with sound!
