About John Therik

I am a beginner in meteorite space rock collection. Meteorites are celestial bodies that fall to the earth's surface. What do meteorites look like and what makes them special? At first glance, meteorites look like irregularly shaped rocks. Many meteorites are seen melting due to high temperatures and cooling rapidly in the solar system. There are no meteorites in the world that are identical in shape and appearance, so each meteorite is an exclusive and unique object. Meteorites are highly prized by scientists and collectors for their unique, irregular shapes and extraordinary characteristics. But back to the origins of creation. Meteorites develop from meteoroids, which are chunks of space rock. When it burns up as it enters the Earth's atmosphere, it is called a meteor. And if the meteor reaches Earth it is called a meteorite. Most meteoroids are small, so they burn up quickly before they reach Earth. Most meteorites are older than our planet and testify not only to the origin of the solar system, but possibly also to the origin of life, since many meteorites contain amino acids and tens of thousands of other organic compounds. Some meteorites contain some of the most ancient materials mankind has ever touched. As a result, meteorites have become an increasingly popular collector's item around the world, given growing demand and limited supply. However, I found several rare meteorites as a novice collector who really pays attention to these rare meteorites.
