Tried to edit my previous report, but couldn't. Adding a clip from my security camera of the flash that occurred simultaneously with the boom. One neighbor heard the boom and saw the light. We were both indoors, so can not verify any visuals leading up to the boom/flash. In our area, a meteorite seems the most logical explanation.
