A beautiful fireball was recorded during the night of 12/08/2013. The direction of your radiant and hour are consistent with the direction of Perseus but it is not possible to say that it was an Perseid cause the lack of reference stars. (Hour of the video in Local Time, timezone: -3 UTC)
